This agreement governs the upload and use of photos, videos, and other media content on Bella Wedding AI. By uploading content, you agree to the following terms.

2. Your Representations

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

1. You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions
2. The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
3. You have obtained consent from any individuals depicted in the content
4. The content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy
5. You have the right to grant the license described in this agreement

3. License Grant

By uploading content, you grant Bella Wedding AI a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store, process, and display your content within your account
• Share content with vendors you explicitly invite
• Display content on wedding websites you create and publish
• Generate thumbnails and optimized versions for display

4. Photographer & Vendor Content

5. Vendor Uploads

Vendors who upload content to their profiles agree that:

• They have commercial rights to display the content
• Client consent has been obtained for portfolio images
• Bella Wedding AI may display vendor content in search results and directories
• False or misleading portfolio content is prohibited

6. Content Removal

You may delete your content at any time. Upon deletion:

• Content will be removed from our active systems within 30 days
• Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days
• Content shared with third parties cannot be recalled
• Published wedding websites will be updated to reflect deletions

7. DMCA Compliance

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy.

8. Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold Bella Wedding AI harmless from any claims arising from your uploaded content, including intellectual property disputes.
